Cordierite-mullite sagger bricks, as a new type of energy-saving refractory products, have very high requirements on the creep resistance and spall resistance of the products. Although products are currently being upgraded in China, the current R&D results are not very good.
Our company's technology for producing saggered bricks was introduced in South Korea, including the saggered bricks' formula, production art, process control, and detection methods. The South Korean chief engineer has been stationed in our company for a long time, and is responsible for the production and acceptance of sag bricks.
